Update day of creativity!!

Good morning, the past 3 months have been a little consuming with my health issues, although I have used my creativity as my therapy. God has blessed me by keeping me strong.  I have completed some drawings(graphite pencil) along with some acrylic paintings.  I would love to share a few of these.  I plan to exhibit at the "Arts & Music on the Green" at Ross Bridge on 10/8/11.  I was excited to receive notice from them yesterday that after reviewing a few of my art pieces I have been accepted as an artist at their event.  Please enjoy viewing some of the pieces I'm posting and feel free to comment if you would like.  Thanks!!

Monday thoughts

After spending the weekend in New Orleans and taking some time for a couple of galleries while there, I am feeling inspired.  On Saturday, I spent some time with works by such famous artists as Andy Warhol, Marc Chagall, Rembrandt and my favorites were the Salvadore Dali pieces.  I was completely in awe of the art that was before me, it was difficult to pull myself away.  So appreciative of the opportunity to view such art!
